30 DAY MOTIVATION CHALLENGE

Become the most motivated person you know


DAY 26 CHALLENGE:

You have to 'eat the frog.'


Think of the thing you really don't want to do, the hardest thing, the thing that you're most afraid of or that you avoid (i.e., the frog). Then DO IT. Everything else is a piece of cake. 

There's nothing that builds motivation better than doing hard sh*t. 

Because by doing the hard sh*t, you're proving to yourself that you're capable and competent. 

This builds self-esteem, which in turn builds motivation. Doing the hard thing is a huge victory that will carry you to the next one. 

Ignore the voice that says," Just do it tomorrow," "I don't feel like it," "I'm tired today," "Tomorrow I'll wake up earlier," and "I'll do it later." 

This voice doesn't care about you or your dreams and plans. 

Don't listen to it. It'll never get you what you really want.
